Магнитооптические эффекты дифракционных решеток, связанные с аномалиями Рэлея-Вуда и возбуждением плазмонов

Аннотация:
Исследованы резонансные магнитооптические свойства субволновых металлических дифракционных решеток на подложке из равномерно намагниченного диэлектрика. Особое внимание уделено аномалиям Рэлея-Вуда. Установлено, что на частотах возбуждения поверхностного плазмона наблюдается резонанс угла Фарадея. Показана возможность влияния на магнитооптические эффекты посредством использования наноструктур.
