Аннотация:
В работе на основе метода поперечного пропускания/отражения (TTR) разработан алгоритм расчёта констант распространения вытекающих мод для многослойной планарной структуры. Приводятся результаты моделирования и даётся сравнение постоянных распространения вытекающих мод ARROW структуры, полученных указанным методом, с известными из литературы константами. Также приводятся рассчитанные профили некоторых вытекающих мод.
Abstract:
In the present work, algorithm based on transverse transmission/reflection method (TTR) has been developed for calculation of propagation constants of leaky modes in multilayer planar structure. We present simulation results and give a comparison of the propagation constants of leaky modes in the ARROW structure obtained by this method with known constants from the literature. We also present the calculated profiles of some leaky modes.
