Abstract:
This work is devoted to the application of the well-known genetic iterative procedure of calculating the extremum of a multivariable function to the design of quantized DOEs that focus radiation into radially symmetric focal regions.

Keywords:
DOE, genetic iterative procedure, multivariable function, quantized DOEs, extremum, radially symmetric focal region.
