Abstract:
Researching redistribution of laser radiation’s power density in the movable diffractive optical element’s focal plane applied for laser nanostructuring for metal materials is carried out. Formation features of a modeling alloy system Cu-Zn structures at high-intensity power influence are analysed. It is established, that zinc’s concentration in the superficial layer of samples after laser influence is decreased and nanodimension pores in the form of the channels narrowed to the basis are formed.
