MULTIPLE-ORDER DIFFRACTION GRATINGS WITH ASYMMETRIC PERIODIC PROFILE

Abstract:
A numerical analysis is presented for multiple-order diffraction gratings with asymmetric periodic profile. The advantages and disadvantages of this type of grating are demonstrated in comparison with its symmetric counterpart.
