Abstract:
The synthesis of multilayered optical coatings is considered, including coatings that ensure given spectral characteristics in a wide spectral range; coatings designed for a wide range of angles of incident light; coatings that simultaneously ensure two spectral characteristics (energy coefficients of reflection and transmission); and mirrors with a constant phase shift between the S- and P-components of the reflected field for oblique incident beams. Examples of computer-designed multilayered systems are given.
