Abstract:
The paper presents an estimation of errors in measuring the spatial and energy characteristics of laser emitters: coordinates of the energy center of illumination, and energy divergence, caused by various destabilizing factors. The estimation of errors is performed on a software model of an optoelectronic device with a matrix photodetector. An algorithm for calculating the energy divergence by image processing methods has been implemented.
