Abstract:
Diagnostics is one of the modern applications of laser technology in medicine. Its advantage is that a biological tissue can be examined by non-contact methods with a minimal impact on the biological object, which does not lead to changes in its structure. This article describes a laser system for diagnosing the condition of human articular cartilage, and describes the possibilities of diagnosing biological objects by optical methods.
